I like this.. for me I would move the bed little bit more closer to the seats.. make a light weight cabinet behind driver seat to hold a dorm size fridge and small microwave.. under bed I would have small storage totes.. and put a permanent wall right behind bed.. still have max air in cargo, inverter and espar heater and a roof top a/c.. wall outlet w/USB port and I’d do solar panel on roof.. I’m a tractor driver 18 1/2 yrs and been thinking about getting into the Sprinter Van..

The wood build looks livable. Well done.

Adding a swivel seat on the passenger side really opens up the back as well. I think a swivel passenger seat should almost be standard now, it's a game changer. I had one in my large Ford Transit

Nice job, thanks for posting. A standard pallet is 48" x 40". Assuming no over-hang, this Sprinter can easily accommodate 4 pallets loaded sideways..

You could easily add a camping shower into that build. Cut hole in the floor in the bed are for a tub, so water can drain out, build a floor cover for shower tub, get a curtain to hang around the roof, n add a good camping shower n 10 gallon water tank. From what i see plenty of room for it. Could even add the little van conversion wood stove to help with heat and cooking right in same area

Interested 🤔 I need something like this in the very near future. 👍 Curious how this same set up would work in a Ford Transit 350 Extended High Roof?.

What kind of batteries, wich cable to connect, isolator, fuses, how to atach the E-tracks, how to insulate the floor, walls, etc. etc

In the UK for fast freight we tend to want 4 pallets in the back on a 4 metre floor. The latest idea is a flip down bed attached to the fixed bulkhead. Looks nice conversion tho.

OK, RED, SO THAT BED SLIDES FORWARD IF YOU ARE HAULING 2 PALLETS, CORRECT? I LIKE THE WAY YOU HAVE THIS SET UP. I KNOW A FEW PEOPLE THAT ARE HAULING LIKE THIS LOCALLY. I WILL PASS YOUR WEBSITE TO THEM. OK.

The best curtain setup is fron International trucks, the only good thing about them. Their sleeper curtains have floor-to-ceiling magnets. You just get the two edges close and they seal all the way up and down. One behind the seats and another behind the bunk means you only have to heat or cool the area you're going to occupy. You push the aside when you want them out of the way. A little heavy but worth it.

When you add etrack, are you using screws all the way through the metal floor? Or are you just attaching to the plywood?

I have a 2500 170 ext and I want it built, such as wheel cover, E-track, insulated, a bed and lastly a diesel heater

Turn the pallet sideways and you’ll get three pallets I’ve done that plenty of times and if they tell you it’s 48 x 48 then that’s what it should be nothing should be hanging off if it is then you know you can’t take the low

I know it gonna sound weird, but in order to make freight a priority, what about using a hammock instead a regular mattress or bed? And I meant when the van is not running. I like it though.
