2024 HUSQVARNA TE 300 PRO: This TE 300 Pro blew away all my expectations, literally! I couldn’t believe how easy this 2024 Husqvarna Te 300 was to ride. It’s definitely my new favorite bike! This was my first ride on it and I have a total of 1.5 hours on it so looking forward to more seat time.

I told you so!! Glad to hear that you loved it but you will love it so much more on more technical stuff. If you ever get back to Highland Park you will be amazed at the contrast between this bike and the 4T. Convert the FX to a DS bike. It's still fantastic on the faster flowy stuff.

2 strokes are definitely great trail/off road bikes. Last year I bought a 250 4 stroke wanting something new and different, I struggled on the new bike. Engine braking on the 4 stroke changed the way I had to approach corners took almost all year to figure it out. I probably dumped the bike more this year than the previous 10 years on my 2 stroke. Enjoy the bike but the 2 stroke is definitely easier to go fast on the trail, even though my riding partners say I'm just as fast on the new bike but it doesn't feel like it.

I always liked my 2 stroke over the 4 strokes I had. I have downshifted to DS and am happy with my DR650 couch. :) I moved to North Carolina last fall and there ain't much dirt road riding around here from what i can tell. But we will see this summer when i get a chance to explore more. Enjoy the lack of engine-brakeing and ease of riding. 3rd n 4th all day long.

That’s a nice bike man. I currently only have a 19 450sxf factory edition and just started riding single track and mountains definitely want another bike for when I ride that style looking at the husqvarna over ktm mainly because I’m so used to the linkage rear suspension.

250 fx is ok. 🤷‍♂️. TE300 is just soooo different. There’s really no comparison. What an epic purchase. I’m happy for u! I’m getting a 24 TE 300 in a couple weeks. I sold my 21 te 300 last yr like a dumbass.
FX is such a reliable bulletproof bike. I miss that bike too. I bought a 390 beta which is my fav 4stroke hands down. U are gunna fall in love with the 300

Glad to hear you're enjoying the 300 man! Where are you thinking about sending your suspension to? I've resprung my 500 but have always been curious is valving was worth the money for my skill level or not. That looks like a fun little area to ride!

Probably only need the correct springs and oil height adjustment. Valving is fine for your speed it appears.

What do you mean by your sending the suspension in? In that so someone customizes it to you? If so how is that done?
