Remove WordPress Sidebar

Remove WordPress sidebar from your wordpress blog or wp website. Get rid of side bar using page editor - page attributes - template - full width. Also can be removed globally in appearance - customize.

In the new version of Wordpress you won't be able to do that, hence uninstall the update to do that. Thanks for the straight to the point tutorial

dude, I was already installing Fileziller etc. to delete this frigging side bar by rewriting some files which even made me more headache. then I found your vid and it instantly worked! Thanks so much.

I think this may no longer be possible. My WP sight is now running "blocks" system and the editing options you show here aren't available. I've spent a few 4 hour blocks of my time trying to do something as simple as make the page full screen-width (I assume by removing side bars) and I still can't find out how to do it.

I'm using Agama theme, i tried to remove the sidebar from my woo commerce shop page several times to no avail.In all other pages it worked well.It seems something might be overiding that functionality since even the page attributes for the Shop page is not visible, pls help

Hello Greg, Thank you for the above video. But in my WordPress Page attributes section there is no, Template header to select Full Width. Instead there is only Parent, and Order headers. Please kindly advise.
