It looks like it was made on purpose. The camera is conviniently rolling, he didn't take the cat out, but let the water out. He's not helpong the cat breathe or keep warm, he is just shushing it.

Everyone is blaming this poor guy. There is security footage of the cat falling / jumping into the barrel itself. I know that some people do the horrible act of faking it for veiws, but seeing all these comments hating on this guy is just disgusting, please do research before blaming

a lot of these comments are accusing it of being fake but there’s a full video showing this guy actually saving the cat since the thing fell into it on security camera footage. It’s real whether you agree with him filming it or not

Guys this isn't fake the whole video is on an account called the dodo where he explains he saw it fall in on security cameras which he shows evidence of he then shows himself cleaning it and taking it to the vets
