Designer Bag Thrift Store Hunt + Tips

Tip: Don’t just search behind the counter, check every bag on the floor as well!
Stores pull bags they think are designer but the sometimes miss so don’t ever skip one!
Just because it’s behind the counter, doesn’t mean its real. Check for yourself! But if you aren’t sure (and it’s priced low enough) just buy it anyway and have it authenticated at Neiman Marcus or another store.

Yesterday I was at Goodwill and found a CHANEL bag. I checked to see if it was authentic, it was. The bag is a limited addition "Sand by the Sea" and retails for $9, 000. You never know what to expect from thrift stores these days but I love it!

Omgosh I was on the edge of my seat when you put that off brand fendi look alike back 😮 I would have rocked that just for the print

I have found a Fendi bag at the Goodwill but a small one. Don't want to hold your hopes up high but let me tell you where I found a Fendi baguette. I do voluntary work with cats and I pick up boxes at different stores to put on the floor to prevent accidents from the cats. I went to this CVS store and inside the dumpster there was something that I thought might be a bag. When I looked closer it was a Fendi baguette but not only did I find that I found a Louis Vuitton Epi bucket bag and the epi wallet and another Louis Vuitton and Gucci wallet. The biggest score was a watch which is a Franck Muller watch worth more than $5, 000. I found other high-priced items and that day I found more than $10, 000 worth of stuff. I know this will not happen again so I'm enjoying my find.

I once over looked a Gucci bag that was at my thrift store for a week until my neighbor bought it. I just want to grab from her because I saw it days earlier but I didn’t even pick it up.

Lol this reminds me of myself. I shop like this at the thrift. I found a real leather bag 💼 from Europe, (Italy) I snatched it quick! The smell was amazing too. I always smell the leather to make sure it’s real 😉 I paid $17 for it.
