1.when the body moves in a straight line
2.speed; velocity
rate of change of distance rate of chancge of displacement
scaler quantity vector quantity
3.complete one round=60 seconds & diameter=14m

radius=diameter/2

radius=14/2=7m

distance= 2*pi*r
=2*3.14*7
=43.9

SPEED;
=distance/time
=43.9/60
=0.73 m/s

velocity;
=displacement/time
=0/60
=0 m/s

Hope it helps!!

1. When the journey is in a straight line.
2. Speed is scalar and velocity is vector.
Speed=Distance/Time, Vector=Displacement/Time
3.Circumference=44m, Time=60 secs
Avg. Speed=11/15 m/s
Avg. Velocity=0 m/s

1-when both are in a straight line
2-speed=distance/time, scalar.
& velocity=displacement/time, it is a vector quantity
3-total distance/total time
=πd/t
=(22/7*14)/60
=0.73 m/s
Total displacement/total time
=0/60
=0m/s

1)when distance of an object in straight line. There distance=displacement.
2)SPEED:
speed has no specific direction.
speed is scalar quantity.
VELOCITY:
velocity has specific direction.
velocity is vector quantity.
3) average speed of the boy=0.73
here, the boy is coming to his initial position. So the displacement of the boy is 0. We know if displacement is zero velocity is also zero.
Thank you sir ❤️❤️

Q3.
(i)Answer is
O.73333 m/s
D is given = 14m
Radius=d/2
R=14/2=7
R=7
Circumference= total distance of path
2πr=2×22/7×7, 2×22= 44
S= d/t, 44/60
= 0.7333 m/s

(ii)velocity = displacement/time
Initial and final position is same so velocity will be = 0

1. when they are in stright line from initial point to final point
2.speed is scalar and distance/time
velocity is vector and displacment/time
3. avg speed = 0.73m/s
avg velocity = 0

My opinion:-

Ans 2) Speed don't have a direction.
It is distance upon time.

Velocity have a direction.
It is displacement upon time

Ans3) R=7m
Formula = 2πr
2×22/7×7 = 44m

Hence average speed is 44m divide by 60sec is 7.333....m/s whereas average velocity is 0 m/s ( as he is moving in a circular path)

1) when the body motion in straight line
2)speed=scalar, distance/T Velocity=vector, displacement/T
3)2¶R=2×22/7×7=44, AVG SPD=44/60 m/s
AVG VELOCITY =ZERO final POINT and intitial point same

Question 1:
When the distance and displacement is traveling in a straight motion in the same direction from initial to final position.
Question 2:
Speed is for rate of change in distance, it is a scalar and has no direction.
Velocity is for rate of change in displacement, it is a vector and has direction.
Question 3:
Given; t = 60 sec; diameter is 14 m going back and forth the displacement will be 28 m
The diameter is the length of the circumference that is a straight line in between of it so basically is it the length of the displacement multiply by 2 because he finish the circumference.

To find the average speed you need to find the meter of the circumference.
c = πd
c = (3.14)(14 m) = 43.96 m

Average speed = 43.96 m/60 s = 0.73 m/s

Average velocity = 28 m/60 s = 0.467 m/s

This is what I understand

My answers:
Q1: Distance is equal to displacement when the objective is back on it's starting point.
Q2: Speed is the distance divided by time and using scale and velocity is using displacement divided by time and using vector.
Q3: The boy has an average speed of 4.2 m/ps, and his average velocity is 4.2m/ps.
PS. I had this shown in my class last week, and eventually I decided to subscribe. Good job, man! 👍

Ans.1 when the body is at rest and displacement is 0
2.speed is scalar and velocity is vector the difference b/w their definitions
3.diameter÷2=7m(radius)
Avg.speed =distance÷time =0.73m/s
Avg.velocity=0m/s
Thanku so much sir it is really helpful

Q1
Ans. When path lenth is in straight line.
Q2
Ans. First difference is speed is scalar quantity and velocity is a vector quantity.
Second diffrance is speed always be positive quality and velocity could be in positive negative and zero quantity.
Q3.
Ans. Average speed is 0.76 m/s
Average velocity is 0 m/s.

Lot of thank you so much sir.... For understanding this concept with wonderful Thanks

Ty sir awesome video. I would like to watch more videos of u.

Ans 1 = distance and displacement is equal when u are travelling in same direction not changing your path like from 1 town to another which has its route in one and straight direction.

Ans 2 =
*_SPEED_*
1. Speed is a scalar quantity
2. Speed has no direction
*_VELOCITY_*
1. Is a vector quantity
2. We need to write a fixed direction in velocity.

ANS 3 = speed is 88 m/s
Velocity is 0 m/s because of 0 displacement.
Once again ty sir

Ans 1- In uniform motion (moving in straight line.
Ans2-i) speed depends on distance
Where velocity depends on both distance and direction
ii) speed =scalar, velocity=vector
Ans3- Avg. Velocity =0m/s
Avg. Speed =total time /total distance.
Total distance=circumference of circle, D=C=2πr, =2x22÷7x7=44m
Avg. Speed =44÷60=0.73m/s.
