The Jackson Dinky DK2M is a Japanese made super strat guitar fitted with quality Seymour Duncan JB and Jazz humbucker pickups, a licensed Floyd Rose trem system, compound radius neck, 24 jumbo frets and bevel access for better access to higher frets.

The wow factor on his guitar comes in the form of the amazing "Eerie Dess Swirl" finish, an amazing swirly metallic purpley blue look which is going to look absolutely stunning under stage lights. An eye catcher indeed!

Updated review: Still love how it plays. I absolutely love how this guitar feels. I ended up swapping pickups to Dimarzio Crunch Lab and Liquifire pickups after about 4 months of playing it and I'm much happier with this tone. The Floyd is the Jackson licensed version so the JT580 I THINK is the name of it. It's not perfect, but I haven't had any PROBLEMS with it. Just the occasional flattened string that you adjust with fine tuners. Still very happy with the purchase :D

I just got mine 2 days ago, couldnt be happier =] This is by far the best neck ive played EVER, the finish is unreal, and the pickups are great. Not what i would have chose but theyre actually very versatile, i guess thats why theyre the most popular in the world lol And for people asking, no it doesnt go out of tune. I already gigged it, and ive abused the floyd, still no tuning problems. Seems fine to me.

Actually, everyone is right. The video was made in 2010 while the Japanese factory was still operating. It closed around late 2011 or early 2012 and production moved to Mexico for some models.

@irontuskman I dont use trem much but i hardly ever have to tune it!! I bought mine because it was underpriced, i was going to sell it on, but 5 months on, my gibson LP special never gets played! I love the jackson. so versatile and for me, the neck is perfect! Buy one, you wont be disappointed

Found it used for $550 including shipping and tax. In 5/5 condition, it was a floor model and someone scratched the back plate that covers the springs. I swapped the pickups though. I put Dimarzio Crunch Lab and Liquifire in it and put the Duncans in my Explorer. Thinking about upgrading the floyd block to brass.

Oh, thanks, that explains everything.

@sbvikings30 doesnt matter what pickups its got, you can still use it for metal

@sbvikings30 just because it has a pickup called the jazz its not a metal guitar .
the seymour duncan jazz is a very clear pickup which is what you want for any kind of music, especially in metal with huge amounts of gain, there is no such thing as a metal guitar, is can be used for anything . also we all know it will sound good for exreme metal , the guy was showing us its pretty side

Actually the m in this series of Jackson actually means Maple in the model name dk2M. Sorry just wanted to clarify that. Take care.

@Mazz211 I checked, there is no difference, maybe a price drop but guitar center only has it in white color, and it's cheaper $399 but it doesn't seem like it comes with a case.

@Metal53gubz I have the same guitar in white and yes, the fretboard does stain. The third fret is stained black quite a bit and I haven't been able to remove the stain.

Love that New DK2MQ-Chlorine Burst Jackson electric guitar-The Maple Guitar rocker. This guitar is made in Indonesia. Where a lot of pro series custom made guitars are being designed and built now;and being brought and sold in the United States. Good stuff. Sweet Water Music, Musician's Friend, and World Muisc is selling this gorgous new guitar. I hope to have mine very shortly? Take care. ($899.99)
