StormD StormOS Debian Variant

In this video I will be taking a look at StormD a variant from the distro creators of StormOS which is an Arch based distro, StormD is based on Debian. The ISO I have downloaded is an XFCE build which also comes with the same Maintenance Utilities Program as StormOS. Besides being based on Debian there are slight differences with applications out of the box, theming and layout, I don't believe plank was available in the original StormOS.
StormD also comes with Gnome Software with Flatpak available out of the box, also being Debian you would also be able to boost software availability by installing Snap Packages if that's your preference. Hope you enjoy the video.

I think the older I get the more I feel I could use Debian (-based). I also started forgetting a lot more things, so there's that 😁 Cheers for the video, Col!

Config files are not being included while building to /etc/skel, hence the default looking icons and no set wallpaper out of the box

INTERESTING... THANK YOU-- didn't know there WAS such thing-- I WILL check this out-- I LOVE STORM- but didn't want the ARCH... Nothing AGAINST arch- I just prefer Debian.

On the download site- it only shows the KDE/XFCE but says it's ARCH-- no mention of "D VERSION"-- is this the correct download location? Or is it somewhere else?

I maybe wrong but I think Eznix helps Ben from time to time...
No, you don't want to be in New York or California... :-P

Nice look around... Thanks Colin!
