It’s an overpay management position. It’s good if you like hardworking and growing slowly over time. There’s like 17000 plus people that put an application but less that 150 get it. So it’s definitely not for the weak or lazy by any means

This is why it’s cheaper to franchise with them. They give a chance to the average Joe to make it. Bc an average or poor Joe will def make a franchise work. This is why even if they’re terrible, they still not out of business unlike Quiznos and other franchises. It’s genius. Who would run your business better, some rich snobby asshole or a man that values money.
