Reinstalling Windows fixes everything too without any other 2nd or 3rd party software.. provided you preserve your data, photos, songs, etc. The thing that is complex is how to recover data off of a dead disk...

i really like an ubuntu live disc as a softwear tool. it's good if windows won't boot at all so you can still get the files off the system on to removable media.

I am constantly being called by friends and families to remove malware, viruses etc, troubleshoot their pc. I want to stay away from the repair business, however I don't mind upgrading their PC (disk, OS) I would like to start a business performing these types of services. How do I start? What are some recommendations?

I have an alienware computer x51 r3 everytime I try to boot outside windows like install windows 7 or do a password reset with hirnens boot cd the mouse and keyboard get disconnected or computer freezes. Any suggestions what could be the root of problem?

Time goes fast and this video was uploaded in 2012 by now which is 2017 things have changed dramatically.. Mechanical HDD is gone..and IBM just told the press May 2017 they discovered another better way to store data on atoms....this will change computer for ever. Intel also anounced some i9 CPU ...and this makes things more interesting. So old videos should slowly be removed starting with this one...obsolescence is always there and it has to go.
