Telcos is lying at speed tests. (mostly)

I feel weird after running few speed tests on my mobile carrier, U Mobile. All speed test feels very fast (in average of 30Mb/s for down and 20Mb/s for up) on first few speed test servers, but when switching to US (also UK, Poland and Australia) speed test servers, it dropped completely to 0.04Mb/s (or accurately 400Kb/s).
