Ma'am, the answer of 2nd question which you shared in the last slide is wrong. It should be option 'a' and not 'd'.

1) monetize deficit - central government borrows money from RBI through printing new currency.
2)1 and 3 are incorrect ( primary deficit doesn't includes the burden of the past debt. And grants in aid provided by CG to the States / statutory bodies is a revenue expenditure for the CG.)
