What to do if the app does not work. I am able only to luck doors and flash lights. Can't open, start the car. I have 2025 GV70

There is no "App Homepage". Just a screen where it wants my VIN. I enter it and it tells me to go to the car, I'm sitting in it btw, and scan the QR code that appears in "Genesis Connected Services". That doesn't exist. WTF?

This app is HORRIBLE. It does nothing. No features work for IPHONE users. NOTHING!! I think it only works if it is a 3.5 liter. POINTLESS. My Lincoln had a top notch app. This sucks. Very disappointed for a vehicle of this caliber.
