i think every person periode has mental ilnesses, maybe more prone to us queer people, but tell me somebody does not have a mental illness and i will littreally laugh of at least inside my head due to the fact i think most people have their shit they deal with and that's all fine, and perfectly human to have, can you be mentally fine and have a mental illnesses? i personally think so
Just for a bit more understanding of who i am, i am genderfluid myself, also pansexual and i personally think that my sexuality and gender identety never have never affected my mental illnesses to much i guess besides from a very tiny bit of gender dysphoria that hits me sometimes, which after i came out to my mom about being genderfluid felt way better, aslo Keara if you see this i found this channel right after i realised i was genderfluid myself and want to say you have some great queer content on here from what ive watched, known for ish a year im genderfluid now i think, i realised last year at some point i always been genderfluid but reppressed it due to self imposed gender norms, not going to go more in detail there now but anyways keep up the great content!
