It’s written by Phil Le-Brun, who spent 25 years at McDonald’s Corporation leading large scale technology efforts, and who’s now with Amazon Web Services, helping other CIOs innovate with the cloud.

I felt this article was an essential read, especially for those keen on harnessing next-generation AI capabilities. It highlighted the importance of selecting appropriate use cases and models for generative AI, it encouraged experimentation and leveraging proprietary data, and it outlined the necessity of robust infrastructure to support the deployment and optimization.
