I bought a new FXRS in 1990, I was 22. I picked up a used 95 Buell identical to the yellow one in Red. I picked it up cheap, had a couple things fixed then let it go for a nice profit. I rode it for a year and hated selling it but young and starting a family couldn’t justify having another street bike. Your channel is like a Time Machine to the motorcycles of my youth!

I’ve had a s2t thunderbolt since 96 #30 one of the first here in New Zealand in not purple it got drowned in a flood last year so im rebuilding it and ive just got the only other s2t thunderbolt here in nz in the same silver/grey as your one there its #266 i love the early tube frame buells got a super trap race ignition and quicksilver carb on the purple one and havnt met a Harley i cant keep up with on it yet including vrods.tube frame buells especially the early ones are so underrated and still cheap but like you said they only made 444 s2t thunderbolts so they are a rare motorcycle to put it in to perspective they made over 11000 Vincent’s .im probably the longest continuous owner of buells here in nz as when i got my #30 s2t they weren’t in dealerships yet.my #30 is a California model which ive read they only produced 27 of.its good to have some cool bikes to pass down and i no when i go anywhere your not going to see another s2t.hi from New Zealand 🇳🇿

Had one of the last S3 thunderbolts, I didn't know much or anything really about buell untill I seen a video on here of Ken wheelie a black thunderbolt in the snow, I was hooked there and then!
1203 cc, 101 hp, showa upside down suspension and giant 6 piston front brake caliper, sold it for big bucks to a guy who bought one brand new while out on his stag lol
Dam I miss that bolt😢

LOVE Buell, big reason why I got my XR1200 years ago, it was the last Buell/ Harley collaboration. Obviously more Harley because they just stole parts from Buell. Love the bike.

I witnessed one BUELL for the first time at a Autozone, the owner just bought it, around 2006 I believe . It was so good looking, had belt drive, I imagined it to be a powerful smooth ride for the open roads .

I have a one owner 2008 XB12T Ulysses in Valencia Orange, fitted with a stage 1 factory ECM and sports exhaust with only 12000km on the clock. I removed all of the accessories including pillion backrest. Looks way cooler now. I believe it would be the only one in Brisbane Australia. She certainly turns heads.

I just bought a 2007 xb12x Ulysses.
It's a bit to tall to walk around while sitting on it.
Is there a lowering kit that you guys offer or can turn me on to?
I've already dropped it twice. I'm desperate😅
