Well I’d imagine two factors at play are people are getting taller and perhaps more women are wearing shoes that actually fit them, I still can’t convince my mother that having to spend ten minutes squeezing her foot into her shoe isn’t normal and is likely contributing to her foot problems and her mother was the same.

I think it makes sense, humans have been getting consistently bigger over history, so I won't be surprised if it's not just feet and not just women.

I have to buy men's shoes because most stores don't carry women's shoes in my size. I actually do have big feet.

Ancient Chinese peoole used think small feet are more beautiful, so it was a tradition for many women to wear kids shoes or bind their feet smaller until they deform drastically and they would walk in pain until they pass away, but they had to keep their feet small.

In Australia here my foot size as i am 17 i am a size 11😭😭 I'm not sure what that is in usa size or uk size but bro i can't wear cute shoes thta much 😭

Welp, as someone who has big feet: dont buy/wear what looks like clown shoes OR do so purposefully. Also, take advantage of flair pants and have em cover most of the shoe. Or quit caring what other people think. 😂

I wear upward to a size 11-12 and i want them wide. I go barefoot mostly and so my bones have spread. Flipflops are my friend. 😂
