A bit late on this, but on 0.25
Silver Wolf's Glasses isn't necessarily "transparent" on the other side; this seems to be more likely due to the fact that its a single sided mesh, and the developers forgot to turn on "double sided" on their material settings, since single sided meshes only has normals facing one end, while the other side is effectively a pitch dark void, I'm pretty sure its a material error on Hoyoverse's end.

They actually use single sided meshes a lot on things like straps/etc to save on polycount, and in most cases those have double sided settings turned on, so thats why its highly likely that S.Wolf's glasses is an error
