"be who you want to be, be proud"
playing over Richie carving the "R+E" was so beautiful

"the thing about being a loser is you don’t have anything to lose"
I really cried on this line.

They really gave Stanley more meaning in this movie. He is not just a coward. The movie made his character really
precious and beautiful. He war a really kind young man with a lot of meaning for the entire story. This movie did a really good job in adding new interesting things to the characters without changing the entire topic.

And to think that all this horror, sadness, friendship and union. All started on a rainy day in October with two brothers, and one paper boat.

IT: *a horror story about a killer clown feeding on kids’ fear*

Also IT: *an emotional story about friendship and teamwork*

"Or so Bill Denbrough sometimes thinks on those early mornings after dreaming, when he remembers his childhood, and the friends with whom he shared it."

I can unashamedly say I cried at the end of the novel and I cried even more at the end of Chapter 2.

The movie so faithfully captured the spirit of Stephen King's book - The spirit of hope, friendship, loss of innocence, growing up and facing your fears.

Absolutely brilliant.

The ending of the novel always makes me feel very strong emotions... this music sounds like Chapter 2 is going to capture that bittersweet feeling King goes for at the end of his amazing book.

Watching this scene with the kids/adults and listening to Stans narration made my eyes water & brought up my own childhood trauma and the lessons I had to face and learn from it. So raw, it speaks to your soul, your own journey in life.

Who would have thought a horror movie could make me cry as much as this one did? It just makes me wish I had this kind of deep friendships and bonds but I don't..

Richie insulted Eddie all the time because it was how he expressed his love. He was clearly the most affected by Eddies death. And the worst part for me is how avoidable it was, if only he hadn’t let his guard down. Richie carving the R + E into the bridge as beautiful song played was another part of this amazing movie that stole a tear from me. R.I.P. Eddie.
