Wanna give a shoutout to "Coffee with Butterscotch", that's been my favorite gamedev podcast for awhile now. It's not 100% focused on it, like they also just talk about their lives a lot and share news about the studio, but they talk about the industry a lot too.

I also think anyone intrested in most aspects of game making should follow gdc (the they have some social justice shenaningans with blocking comments and likes at times)
