Sometimes protein bars are necessary when time to eat is basically none. Peanutbutter fills two purposes for me, I find it satisfying and filling pared with fruit and it satisfies chocolate cravings when I don't have any chocolate around.

100% agree with you on protein bars, people eat them while trying to lose weight thinking healthy means light but they end up gaining weight cuz those bars are 300 calories

I also like zucchini, but air popped popcorn from the jar is gold because the fiber keeps me so full

To be honest, I think avocados despite its reputation is actually good for both weight gain and weight loss. If you weigh up the flesh which is what you should be doing, it's usually only like 350 calories at most for a whole avocado, and if it's a snack on the go and you don't have any others were to the fact, this is perfect
