HVAC Geoff Did A BOO BOO (VFD 60hz uhhh OPPSEE)

So here is the story. I come up to the unit it is freezing up. Then replaced the filters.The VFD(Variable Frequency Drive) is showing 23.00 hz and is still freezing up. So I saw the VFD was not at 60.00hz like all the other ones. So I upped it to 60hz.(this did not help either ) Well coming home While editing that video I paused and in that frame of video I saw the tag that is in this video. OPPPSSSS MY BAD. Unit still not working as of this upload date

Sorry I know You can see a damn thing on the lcd on the VFD sorry. I did not know at the time.

had that blower whistling to keep the coil from icing lol. probably low gas in one or both circuits

Most sight glasses bubble and fill but it could be short cycling... But I ain't there but check out the condenser coil see if it's clean.... But I think there could be a slight chance of a charge issue
