A decade passed, and out of the blue, she visited my dreams. Now, as an accomplished engineer with two vehicles and my own home, I’ve gained a newfound confidence. Driven by nostalgia and longing, I embarked on a quest to find her—scouring through people, places, and social media.

After weeks of searching, the bittersweet truth emerged: she had relocated to the United States and had married an American guy. I dedicate this song to her, for she remains an elusive memory, forever slipping through my grasp. It’s as if no matter what I did, she was always fleeting.

I was 21, had just finished university and had the whole summer to camp, party and go on adventures and I was part of a real tight group.
