My Favorite All Time Meal 😈

2 Tbsp tomato paste
3-5 cardamom pods
5 all spice berries
1/2 cinnamon stick
1 tsp black peppercorns
1 tsp cloves
1 bay leaf

2 cups rice
1.5 cups stock
1.5 cups water
Salt to taste

Totally get just the onion. One of my grandmothers makes this boiled chicken which she seasons with just salt, pepper and onions. I remember thinking, "She's joking, who makes chicken like that, " the first time I saw the dish, tried it and it slapped so hard I had two servings, and this was around the time I was a picky eater.
