i agree with cell vs boros since boros is not even that strong but cosmic garou slams broly because of alot of things first of all the potential if you have seen the manga you'll know how much potential garou has and how fast he learns his enemies techniques so if cosmic garou could survive like 5 Hits from broly then cosmic garou is winning but that's just my opinion you can correct me if I'm wrong👍

and about Saitama and xeno goku yes goku has a big chance of winning unless he waits for saitama to show all his power because Saitama's power increases super fast until it gets 2.3x the enemies strength so yeah Saitama actually has a chance of winning unless xeno goku decides to go for the attack immediately
