I gotta agree with you. I would prefer to see smaller devices in the long run. Having to carry less weight on a backpacking trip is essential. Plus, having stuffed pockets while walking around town may not be the best idea.

I would love a 13 mini pro. I know no one else wants it, but a little stainless steel phone with that 3 camera set up, LiDAR, and the adaptive refresh screen would be awesome. 95% of the time I would prefer interacting with the mini, but for the few little times I wish I had those little touches.

Getting the 13 mini and using it for almost 2 months made me realize that phones are just getting way too big. A phone should be useable with one hand. Otherwise it would basically be a tablet with phone functionality in my opinion. The 13 mini is a good phone that is close to the size of an actual phone, but it doesn’t make any major compromises. That’s why I love it so much.

I’ve had the iPhone 13 mini for two months now as well. And man do I love it. I’m usually at 30% battery life at the end of day and that’s more than enough for me. I’ve had all the tablet sized phones in the past, the Samsung Notes and the iPhone Pro Maxes. But man this size is such a breath of fresh air. It’s the best phone I’ve ever owned. And my pants thank me everyday.

I’ve had mine for about a month. It’s so so good. Best phone I’ve ever had. Battery, performance and design are all 10/10. I usually get 6.5-7 hrs screen on time and end my day with 20% heavy use too. Lots of media consumption. And I never charge my phone to 100% or let it get below 15%. Also never charge overnight.

I love my 13 mini as well. Zero issues, only complaint is battery. But that’s nit picking. I’ll take that, for being able to shove this in any pocket and never look like I’m carrying a computer keyboard in my pocket. 👍🏻

I finally got the 13 mini and now it's been 3 weeks using it. Simply the best. No concerns, battery is just excellent for a 2, 400mah cell. Lasting more than 01 day with a single charge (in my use). Thanks for reviewing these mini phones, your videos helped me make my decision.

i love my 13 mini. i absolutely love it. it’s the best phone i’ve ever had. switched from the 12 to this and it’s amazing. even BETTER battery then the 12 even though people say it’s the same. it’s actually better. mine was at 97 while my friends 12 was at 88. this phone is impressive and definitely worth it

Still loving my iPhone 12 Mini but I agree, if Apple decides to keep the model in the line, I do hope they mange to squeeze the most of that small battery and migrate a few of the best features from the Pros.

I agree. Used to have a 11 pro max. Gave it to my mother and bought this for myself. Feels like a perfect size and am glad to no longer have a brick in my pocket

The “mini” iPhones are simply amazing. Even though they’re not mini, I’ve had my 12 mini for about a year now, and I absolutely love it and would never want something bigger ever again.

i am 17 and people of my age usually prefers big phones but still i decided to go for mini and when i tell you that im so glad that i did. i absolutely love my phone. at first when it came i sort of regretted it bc i was so used to using big phones that the mini looked extremely small to me but just after 2 days i became comfortable with my phone. its so handy. just the perfect size and i absolutely love all the features and battery. im so satisfied. i dont think im going back to big phones any time soon

i got mine for a month now and i still have 30-40% at the end of the day!!! i love it so much. so convenient to hold it and it just fits in my pockets. camera is great imo

For those of us who have CarPlay, driving is charging, and I threw a MagSafe puck on my desk at work and my desk at home. I’ve only seen sub-10% battery charge twice since my 13 Mini arrived

I agree with you on the battery. I’m not a hardcore user like you and objectively the battery is actually pretty good. I do think the trade off for a small form factor smart phone is worth it though. And in my bag I always carry a Zippo hand warmer/battery bank that I can use if necessary. You can’t have everything and I really, really like my 12 mini. Best phone I’ve ever had overall.
