Idea: What comes to the ever so clean streets of Los Santos is a jaded man who had his order messed up just one too many times, as he drives a sewage truck with a hose at the top that sprays sewage all over instead of water or fire to bring vengeance against the clean cars and fancy suits of those who have wronged him, just as soon as he gets his revenge against the fast food employee who included pickles in his burger despite him asking for no pickles. (Inspired by the saints row 2 sewage truck side mission.)
