Does Sweat Damage Hearing Aids?

I’m in my second pair of Starkey..the issue is when I’m working if I sweat at all they stop working and I had purchased my new pair in the fall. By the time summer arrived my warranty had expired so I’m stuck with a pair that I have to remove frequently. I completely stopped walking or working out because I need music to motivate me. I did find some earbuds that pair with my mobile that are waterproof and I can use them so that is a fix for that situation

I wear Oticon More One. Still, I don't feel comfortable wearing them while exercising. My audiologist said it's better to take me out.
