The 2024 Bentley Flying Spur Speed ($322,595 as specced in the US) is a large luxury sedan with a nearly unbelievable 333 km/h (207 mph) top speed. A ferocious 6.0L twin-turbo W12 sits under the hood and the suspension is aided by a dynamic anti-roll system. It also has a highly customizable and luscious interior, making the Flying Spur Speed seem to be the perfect on-paper GT car. But does it live up to its expectations? Ok for anyone confused about the engine, the W12 is “2 sixes stitched together” but still in a “V” architecture with 2 banks of cylinders versus 3. However, the cylinder layout is the same as a VR6 where each cylinder is offset by ~15° versus being directly inline as with a normal v12. Just google VW W12 engine head to see images.

I love Love LOVE that interior! That's how modern 'lugxury' (James May voice) should be done. Beautiful craftsmanship, excellent materials, stunning design but still has modern tech. Notice how well everything is integrated? And buttons and knobs, oh my!

Just got a 2021 Flying Spur w12, it's been a blast and more roomy inside than previous x5M, fast as hell and comfortable, it's just a "next level" car. I could drive an S8 around and almost no one would bat an eye, this car commands attention and awe!
