As promised and by popular demand, let's take a look at the Primordial Noir, Diablo. He's the second secretary of Rimuru Tempest and is likely his strongest subordinate but that's up for debate. He has lived for a very long time and is frenemies with Guy Crimson and do I even need to say more? So in this video we'll be explaining not just his powers and abilities but also some of his background.

when Rimmuru did the greater demon summoning before his harvest festival, he commented on how only 3 demons answered his summon despite his huge offering. Rimmuru is correct, a large number of greater demons where set to answer to summon but Noir still being royally pissed at missing out when Beretta was summoned slaughtered all the demons trying to get in his way, only 3 answered because only 3 candidates survived.

Rimuru stated himself that Diablo is more skillful and wiser than him because Rimuru just realise on Raphael most of the time, but Diablo wich doesn't have as op as an ability as she, but still perform somewhat the same feat as Rimuru.

He is one of the most complex, yet also the most simple character in the series.
His loyalty and love with Rimuru can never be questioned.
Because of his faith for Rimuru, sphe allowed things done to him which he never would have allowed in his previous life in demon world.
He lets Shion and others yndermine, mock or disrespect him. Something that would trigger destruction from him before. That’s how Rimuru changed his life. He’s simole like that.

Then he becomes the most complex when he comes to regard others aside from Rimuru.
How despite the bad compatibility against Zegion, he still chose to just attack the body parts that are not made of the cells of Rimuru and that is just the biggest flex. Because of the disadvantage he set on himself, he can only be equal to him or tie in battle, but he is still the strongest Guardian in Tempest.
It’s always about a matter of choice for him, one that suits his personality. He ‘allows’ this to happen to him. That Rimuru thinks he might even lose to Diablo if he ever challenges him speaks a lot.
He’s so powerful bevause of this. He just loves Ri uru more than any desire to be the strongest, which he doesnt have. He’s crazy.

Scary when Diablo transform into is battle form and easily annihilated Damrada summoned by Velda in the Sky Castle. This clone Damrada almost kill Ultima, Carrera and Terterrosa by one blow only but he killed it using a magic that he formulate.

I remember reading the novel and how guy crimson said how he was scared of diablo because he knew that if he wanted to he could try to become stronger and beat him. He also said that the only reason why diablo couldn't beat him now is cause Veldanava gave Guy the authority of the world so

Good thing all these people follow Rimuru, and Rimuru just wants to make the world a comfortable place for everyone, cause it seems like several of Rimuru's subordinates could steamroll the entire continent solo.

The fact that the Yellow Primordial unnamed was a decent threat to Leon (tho he would beat her) who specializes in fighting Demons is very impressive for even unnamed Noir who was capable of taking on multiple Primordials at the same time.
It makes me think about when it was said in Volume 7 that Demon Nobles are as threatening as Demon Lords lending credit to even the weakest version of Noir/Diablo being a massive threat.
Also if you doubt Noir being able to take on multiple Primordials remember that Noir and Rouge were Equals and Rouge (Guy) forced Mizari and Rain into submission at the same time.

in LN, Diablo annihilate his enemy who destroy the other 3 Primordials but he just delete it when a blink of an eye.

The fact that Guy, a primordial who was chosen by Veldanava himself and pretty much was declared as the strongest, he is in awe, when he hears that Noir has chosen someone as his master like Rimuru. The fact that Guy watches Noir‘s actions and thinks about them shows that Noir (now Diablo) must be an absolute monster. Rimuru is only to equal to Diablo, because of Raphael, otherwise Diablo would probably destroy everything except 3 or 4 people in the whole universe, which is crazy

Diablo without a shadow of a doubt is wayyyy stronger than all of Rimuru's executives. Rimuru's theory is that Diablo can manipulate his EP or magicule count and just settle to 6, 666, 666 to just simply live up to his name as Demon king Noir
