cannonicaly T1000 was the most dangerous terminator unit ever created, his mind could break free from Skynet influence and thats why skynet only used this model once in T2, Skynet itself is afraid of T1000 potential. In the Sarah Connor Chronicles series, we kinda get to see a t1000/t1001 gaining counsciousness, understanding emotions and working against Skynet
