Oh, right! There is a chance that DSA will fail to find a moon. Another chance is that the rocket will crash, causing a meteorite to fall on the launch base.

Fun fact : there is a chance that the dsa rocket will collision course on earth after you've upgrade to rocket test in rocket launcher and it'll fall down like meteorite disaster, I know because I experience it.

And most importantly : what is the dome-like building from 0:26 scene

do 64x traffic challange where you make your traffic crowded. you must improve road maintain happiness above 75% while build and expand your city before 25 years. the details can change though.

In 11:54 do i need to upgrade all that to unlock the 5th upgrade on the rocket since in the 4 upgrade i already get the moon land but when i check the 5th upgrade was still lock how do i unlock it?
