The Enforcer is a decent and well made movie.

The action scenes are good, with some pretty brutal fights. The characters are believable and well acted.

The films got a good atmosphere, mixing dark underworld themes and hot miami afternoons.

Some of this was filmed in Peraia. I remember the advertisement for extras, and they didn't want Greek people. It said non-European people only.

HAHAH I LIVE RIGHT next to these places and when they were shooting it.. Its in Greece a small place called Pera in Thessaloniki(2nd biggest city in Greece)
