Top countries that are easiest to move to! These are the easiest countries to emigrate and get citizenship to and easiest countries for Americans to move to!

#6. “Ecuador” - If you are sick of cold North American winters or just having to be prepared for constantly changing weather, Ecuador might be a place you should consider relocating to. Because of its location right on the Equator, in Ecuador it is pretty much summertime all the time. In fact, the country is commonly referred to be the nickname “Land of Eternal Spring”. Ecuador is one of the top places to move for Americans who are looking to save money. It is one of the few countries that has modern amenities and a culture that is friendly to Americans where a person can live on less than $1,000 a month.. It is also one of the easiest countries to obtain residency in for the average Joe as all that is required occupation and financial-wise is that you can prove you have a job or some sort of income that brings in at least $800 a month. However, some of the drawbacks of Ecuadorian life can be shocking to Americans. The cities in Ecuador are heavily populated and no as clean as American cities when it comes to sanitation. The country is also a victim of frequent thunderstorms which can knock out power for days on end. But as far as South American countries go it is actually one of the safer countries in regards to crime.

#5. “Panama” - Because of the Panama Canal being one of America’s biggest foreign works projects, American culture has made a lasting impression on this small Central American country. Because of this American expatriates have made up significant minority of the country’s population since the beginning of the 20th century and American visitors have become welcomed with open arms into Panamanian society. Just like Ecuador, Panama’s location near the equator gives it the country an endless Summer which combined with its beautiful beaches and great fishing destinations, makes it a perfect place to retire Panama’s capital city is only around 6 hours by plane from both Los Angeles and New York City making it fairly easy to hop back and forth. Panama also still uses the American dollar as its currency and the cost of living is much lower than in the U.S. A person can retire comfortable in Panama on just over $25,000 a year. It is also pretty easy to gain citizenship and those who don’t want to go through that process can maintain their residency with Panama’s lax tourist visa which allows a person to essentially live there permanently so long as every three months the leave the country for three days.

We retired and moved from LA to Anguilla, across the channel from St. Martin in 2014. Perfect weather, warm clear waters, pristine white sand beaches (33) slow pace, no crime, friendly people, English speaking, few rules, no armed police, no DUI laws, no sales tax, lots of local music, 35 square miles, 12, 000 people. About 200 expats, mix of Canadian American and Brits-costs about the same as LA. Car insurance about $200 a year, 3 year license $50, Good cheap local produce. Live lobster $5 pound. Cheap fish of all kinds. Decent hospital, one week in a private room with Dr. fees cost us $970. Clinic visit is $20. Plenty of activities/ clubs/ organizations. Easy airline access to Europe or US (JetBlu to NYC $350 RT) 20 minute ferry ride to French St. Martin or Dutch side St Maarten for shopping, culture, weekends. Perfect for retired couples with family in USA. Worth checking out or just come for a vacation.

I don’t agree with more than half of he list. Here’s my own list:
🇵🇱 Poland - Lots to do, very cheap, and they absolutely adore Americans. You’ll be glad you came.
🇬🇷 Greece - Due to the financial crisis, real estate and cost of living in comparison to the USA is very very cheap. Getting citizenship there is a bit messy, but they have golden visa programs which can get you permanent residency, if that’s what you’re in to.
🇳🇱 Netherlands - very modern country with cool people, and lots of stuff going on. Feels like New York, and is quite cosmopolitan. It is a bit expensive though, but quality of life is worth it.
🇵🇦 Panama - our friends near the equator. It’s not completely crime ridden like most of Central America and actually has infrastructure. They lack a bit in English, but there’s plenty of stuff to do, and citizenship isn’t hard to get.
🇬🇪 Georgia - absolutely wonderful people, wonderful culture, and a great atmosphere altogether. As well, really really cheap! The average wage there is just $400/month so you can bring American pensions or business income and live like a king.
Hope you like my list!

Germany on 15, 000 a year is absolutely impossible, especially considering the strength of the Euro. Your video is inaccurate.

You forgot to mention that Mexico requires a $2700/month or $108K in the bank to get a Retirement Visa. So unless you have a very large pension, forget it. You don't mention the retirement income amounts on any country.

Just be careful with Canada, I "had" an uncle and aunt that moved there. My aunt is fine, but when you look at their health care system there is a deception that the video does not discuss. Here in the States, if you have a problem and you have insurance, then you go to the doctor and they process you rather quickly so that they can actually help you, My uncle had one of the lethal forms of Skin cancers. By the time he went in and got into their processing line, and the time it took to go through their universal health care system, it took over 9 months to get into some of the testing equipment due to the "take your number and wait policy" his cancer went to late stage 4, and when they finally diagnosed the problem it was too late. He died less than 6 months after he was diagnosed, but was in the check up system to find out what was going on with the cancer for almost 2 years. Most doctors in the US who have heard the story and the time line say if he had gotten diagnosed faster by 2 years there were treatments to save him. So you take the chance on any social medicine as to weather or not your time will be nice to your diesase's progress.

The easiest countries for Americans to relocate to on a permanent or temporary basis has always been the countries bordering the United States, Central America, or the Caribbean. That is not likely to change in the future.

As a Floridian, I would be more comfortable in Paraguay as they have highly corrupt and dirty elections.

Having been a 7th Fleet sailor, I've been to some of these places: Australia is a difficult place to visit, let alone emigrate as they look for specific job skills. Thailand isn't bad on crime if you know the sides of towns to stay away from. And Dubai, UAE is probably the one of the most beautiful cities I've been to, but expensive can be an understatement.

But we didn't mention the most important things: how to get permanent residence and how to find a job there
