great advice! I've always tried to be as honest as I can because I'd have someone not like me for telling them the truth than having people like me because I lied to spare their feelings or beliefs etc. plus one thing the comes to mind about lying is anyone of my old friends who have suffered from mental illness have been pathological liers and it started with harmless little lies plus meaningless petty theft but once drink n drugs get involved they'd unfortunately loose grip on common sense or awareness of the consequence of their choices and most often end up blaming everyone else for their downfall!
