So yeah! I've been watching a WHOLE lot of Naruto lately. I'm on episode 117 lol *NO SPOILERS PLEASE!!* I'm LOVING the show, and this opening in particular spoke to me. The translation is just...so hard to follow xD So I took some pretty big liberties with the translation so a story could be told. This one really pushed me too. Aside from a straight heavy metal cover, the screaming on this one was a difficult task. And it's also my favorite part of the song heh. I hope y'all enjoy and share it with a fellow Naruto geek! Caleb really does have an element that many cover artists are missing. He doesn't read the the lyrics off of a slip of paper in front of the microphone, no no no. This man literally succeeds in living the entire story of this song, if that makes sense. He really is something else, not melding with the music, but allowing the music to grow into what makes Caleb Hyles, Caleb Hyles. So much inspiration has come to me from him.
