Cinnamon - 2
Cardamon - 2

Fennel seeds - 1tsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1tsp
Basmati rice - 100 gm
Moong dal - 50 gm
Onion - 1
Gingergarlic paste - 1tsp
Green chillies - 2
Coriander leaves - little
Mint leaves - little
Coconut milk - 1cup
Red chilli powder - 1tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
