I've already repurchased this lovely serum three times. I find that it works well in any variation of my routine. I have sensitive, oily and acne-prone skin, so it checks off all of the boxes for me! I have been looking into the toner as well, so I really appreciate your insightful reviews Doctor Anne 😊👌

Thank you for the in depth review. I have been wanting to purchase this for several months but put it off, not knowing if it is worth spending the money on. I use my products very consistently now I am in my late 40's, so I tend to go through them more quickly than I used to when I was younger and less dedicated. That of course means more money is spent on my anti-aging arsenal. I like to make sure a product is reliable and delivers what it claims before I purchase. I am going to try this now. Thanks again!

I’ve been loving my travel size of peach and lily glass skin serum but it’s a bit too pricey to commit to the full size. The purito serum has similar ingredients so I think I’m gonna try it out.

You have asked if someone knows a serum with a higher concentration of centella asiatica extract: The Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Asiatica Ampoule promotes that it's 100% - but I can't prove it ;-) I liked using it once, then it became so hyped because of some influencers, that it is the double of the price. I still trust Purito, because they were very professional and, as you said, transparent. I bought this special serum some weeks ago and I like about it, that it's not just Centella, but so many other wonderful ingredients. I never used peptides because of my complex routine, but this serum is very uncomplicated to use with other products - thank you for your review :-)

I bought it but I have not try it yet. I am using the cream from the same line during the day and I really like it. Thanks for the review!

I question a bit wether there's really 49% centella extract, I think it refers to a complex, so they list "centella asiatica extract" while this actually also includes the solvents and preservatives. The maximum usage rate of pure centella extract according the CIR is 0.00002-0.5%, and in scientific studies they used 1-5%, most suppliers recommend 0.5-1.5%. And adding 49% or more of a powder would be quite difficult, it's also very poorly water soluble. So 49% must be a presolubilized mixture then. And if you would buy a high grade centella extract, used at 49% only the cost of the centella would already be twice the cost of the whole product. I guess it's like the Skin 1004 Madagascar Centella Ampoule with 100% centella extract, where the EU complient ingredient list has all the solvents and preservatives listed, while the Korean list just says "Centella Asiatica Extract".

Hi! I just want to add that there are higher percentages of centella in the market. One product for example is CosRx’s pure fit cica serum which boasts 76% of centella extract!

I don't think I will try this, only because I love my Krave Great Barrier Relief serum so much. Hi from Australia

Serum is beautiful I love it. Buying more as my 2nd one nearly finished. It last long also if used with instruction pumps although I usually add one more lol. Absorbs into my skin well. They've released a new hybrid sunscreen but I've not tried it yet.

Thank you for suggesting the toner over the serum.

After using the serum for a year, it is something that i do want to replace. I stopped using it for a month maybe and saw no difference without it. I just don't really have an idea of what else I would use but I definitely want something to buffer the dryness from azelaic acid. I am the rare person who gets the peeling side effect from azelaic

I love the Purito brand and have been using this serum for quite a while as well as their vitamin C and the Sea Buckthorn Vital 70 moisturiser which has really helped to smooth out my skin texture.
I use this serum in my evening routine together with a Cosrx water toner and frequently before a sleep mask. I always ensure that I have a spare to account for any delays in shipping as it is not something I want to have to miss out on.

U have the cutest accent I have seen to many medical doctors that are on here talking about skincare they are always dermatologist pushing Cerve it's a nice change. I love this serum I use it everyday and I put 1 drop of the Ordinary phynogenol serum in it for an extra antioxidant boost.

Please dr. Anne..
Can I layer it under my trentnoin?
-it contains copper peptide and as per the ordinary, copper peptide shouldn't be Layered with retinol -
I'm a bit confused!
Thanks in advance 🌹

My question is kind of off topic but what do you think about Bepanthen? My mother used to swear by it when I was a child ( I grew up in Germany) and nothing else would help with my partched skin on my hands and cheeks. There are newer and lighter versions of Bepanthen available now as well. I’m currently trying out Bepanthen on my tret skin as none of my KBeauty products are really working for me right now.... with the heating on, tretinoin etc.
Have a nice weekend😊

Hey Dr Anne, Can I use layer this in the morning on top of ascorbic acid? The peptides should still work?

i have a question.. i have very visible pores with sebaceous filaments that look like they’ve been packing down in there for a really long time. what acids are best to treat this? what are other things i can try? for reference, i’m pretty sure i have dry skin type. so this is tricky 😬
