- 5 training sessions want the duration of the transformation, that's why you have to let it runs out, best ways is doing fruit raids (keep the transform) or killing mobs at sea1 (charge the meter). Some say Red Ancient wants duration from the 3 sessions quest, some say it was even from the start.
- You don't need to complete 5 sessions before doing the 5th trial.
- Pre-training thing is treated like a feature. For e.g. you returned the quest of the 1st trial, transforms you do after will be counted to the quest of the 2nd trial before you even did it. Multiple session quests only count to their very first session of them as you can't unlock the next without doing trial first. Therefore, you can get to the max with minimum of 3 full moons with the combinations of "1st-2nd; 3rd; 4th-5th" or "1st; 2nd-3rd; 4th-5th". Best to end a moon by a 3rd trial if you are doing for multiple persons.
- After complete the 5th trial, Red Ancient tells you where the light switch of the staircase is.

Actually you can do any trial after you get all the gears so the 5 training sessions, you can still trial while having the session

Jwck in 1st sea you can just kill the jungle boss and you gonna get alot of points for the awakening thing so you can just kill any npc in 1st sea and awaken its faster
