How to reset Timing Belt light (T-BELT) Toyota Hilux Toyota Hiace 2005-2014

Quick and easy guide on how to reset the T-BELT light which comes on to indicate that your timing belt is due to be replaced.

Also to make it come on sooner, which our replacement belt reccomended to be changed at 100,000kms.

I don't know if I'm too stupid 😅 to watch other films to teach and understand, but after watching this film, the original middle step was to turn off ignition first→ long press, and at the same time turn on ignition... Thank you for the video

it works on every Toyota I think. Worked on Regius 1999, Hiace 2016. I just try it each time and it works.

Excellent work mate worked a treat now another one for ya traction control one permanently lit and one on right with car and skids is flashing it happened when I went in a big wet hole I can’t see anything wrong with sensors any ideas

Right so what about the 2.8 litre Cummins ISF motor in the hiace that has a timing chain but the timing light service lights on with no mechanical issues at all ?
