I had Comcast for 12 years cause nothing was better where I live. But thank God 3 years ago AT&T installed fiber so I've been on a 1000 Mbps up and down speed for just $80 a month. I was paying more then that for Comcast 150 Mbps line.

When I was talking to a Comcast tech the other day, he even said they were discussing lowering the upload speed even more haha.

Probably the smartest thing you did this year is to switch to Ryzen 7 2700X because that is an outstanding cpu that you can get for 329 bucks :). 8c/16t at 3, 7 GHz all core beats that Intel Core i7 6800K out of the water and when it turbos on XFR2 to 4, 3 GHz on 2 cores it really has better IPC and hugely better multi-core than that overheating i7 8700K at the same frequency core-to-core clock-to-clock while eating half the power as that Bloomfield 2009 based crappy cpu :). Beautiful and may it serve you for years to come ;).

Dual 32" monitors makes me jealous dude. Sweet looking build, like you I'm still happy with my two 6800Ks great for gaming. I do like my 7820X the extra cores do make a difference.

Hmm...the 2700X should get you around 4.1 on all cores maybe? I think the 2000 series improved RAM compatibility much more than anything else. My 1800x runs at 4.05 on all cores 24/7 no sweat.

Joker just use PBO dont bother overclocking.... you will get better results than a measly 3.95ghz...
manual OC is thing of the past... now its about auto OC and changing memory timings

Why not use the 2700x its better for gaming too, beats the 6800k by a long shot if you run it on auto. Or on the crosshair 7 and use performance enhancer level 3 OC set by the stilt. Then use the samsiung bdie 3200mhz settings by the stilt. Then your neck and neck with the 8700k in games.

for the best responsiveness, I recomment changing system responsiveness to 0 in the registry. this will make the system a lot snappier.
