I work at a goodwill in PA and wedding dresses usually don’t sell as fast. Most likely she marked it down cheap bc it sat on the floor for a long time. That dress was gorgeous 🥰. I bought brand new bridesmaid dresses (NWT) for a upcoming wedding for under 6.99. Ladies definitely shop GW for dresses n shoes. People donate them literally brand new😉
