My favorite colonels bequest oddity is that you can, through intense incompetence, see no dead bodies until Lilian's, but the narration still begs for the killing to stop.

My favorite thing about this game conceptually is the fact that they named it specifically to keep Quest in the title.

There's something charming about the age when patches for bugs and oddities like these were not a serious option. One run of disks, and that was that. Only some truly colossal games like Civilization wound up with bugfixes in their different printings.

Had no idea that there were doors in the secret passages you could use to get into the rooms. Man this game is chock full of little details. It’s really unique. Also no wonder I didn’t get the cigar entry last time I played. I must have looked at the cigar too late.

Laura casually walking through a brick wall reminds me of how in Mario 64, you had to jump into a wall to enter one of the stages in the basement. Hopefully Laura doesn't have too much trouble with Eye-rok.

I love these videos. I grew up playing Sierra games, but the Laura Bow games in particular were always a little too scary for me, lol. I never got far in them. Watching this makes me want to try them out now!! I had no clue there was this much detail to discover.
