I did a 1UZ swap into an Isuzu VehiCross. I was left wanting more low end power afterwards. I now have a 3UZ in my garage that I plan to go through and re-swap. I know the 1UZ is a fantastic engine but for rock crawling and pulling a trailer it left me wanting more. Oh and also I got the 3UZ for free. So, there's that.

Congratulations on the baby ! From one dad to another! Just wandering with the engine being moved forward doesn’t it cause front end weight problems ? I wanna do the same thing to my build for fire wall clearance! And hei distributor space ! I live In Oregon and we have a lot of steep ridge trails and I want gravity to be on my side 😅!
