It doent work and I had no reply from the email I sent a message to. The preephone line is to the RAC breakdown and insurance and I can't face waiting that through. I tried a few months ago with those result and same today just 'Oops an error has occurred' and an upside down ice-cream cone. I'm not impressed!

I tried to connect the android auto by connecting my phone via bluetooth and cable but the silly thing is that you have to make an account in the VW app and then it asks you to take 2 keys of the car to make you primary user and then you can use the android auto with app connect. That is bizarre! In my case I have company car and I am not gonna drive and ask them hey give me the second key just to unlock android auto. I mean cmon VW, thats really silly!!
