Your daughter's gift is lovely. It reminds me of a story I heard about a Jewish girl, during WW2. Her mum gave her a small box, telling her to keep it close when she felt afraid, but never open it. They were separated, but the girl felt her mum's love while holding the box, all through the hard times. She decided to open it when she became an adult. It was empty... (but full of love!)
Being a mother is wonderful.

No loving mother would get a gift like that without getting a little teary. For me though, I lost it when you had Dexter wave "hiya!" Because my big silly dog died of lymphoma last week. It was all the worse because I'm cancer'd out. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in early 2020. My other dog, Morgen, died abruptly of stomach cancer in July. Minka died last Tuesday.
When you speak about your children, and to your dog, there's such genuine love in your voice. You cherish a little paper box as if it were Cartier filled with diamonds.
You've clearly got your priorities straight, lady.

My dog was rescued from a ditch as a 3 month old left there by himself by some bastard...because of this he’s terrified of the dark and when we go for walks in the evenings constantly looks back to make sure nothing is behind him. It freaks me out to the point that I get convinced we’re being stalked and we both end up looking back throughout the walk. It should be noted that he weights in at 120 pounds (Newfoundland) so no one would stalk or attack us but we are both scaredy chickens none the less 😃

😭 what a beautiful gift. So sweet. I am a crybaby (too) and I'm not even a mother. The sweetest gift of all and since I don't know what to buy my mother for mother's day maybe I should write her a letter. 🤔

Ultra Violette Supreme Screen 50 is absolutely brilliant. You can get it at Sephora in New Zealand so it may be in the same store in the UK. Best sunscreen I've ever used.

I understand why you start to cry. When my son was in second grade he wrote a poem for me on Mother’s Day and attached a key chain to it. I keep the poem and key chain in a special place and take it out every year on Mother’s Day. My son is 20 now and just finished his Sophomore year of college. It’s the best gift I ever got.

Oh my gosh your daughters gift was the sweetest thing… My sons are teenagers now and I miss those moments. Sorry for the three comments but I obviously comment as I watch, because if I waited until the video was over, I would forget!

Interested in the new spf. I loved the elisabeth arden one . My replacement is the supreme screen from ultra violette, just launched in the uk . Also in a pump, also a very light fresh feeling . Also like their clean screen but it's even lighter
