Great review. I was curious about these, and I like them, but the Berghaus Hyper 100 is still lighter, more waterproof and has better breathability. Have you tried the Hyper 100?

Do these items meet UMTB and other races standards. Patagonia's trail running jacket is a little bit heavier but 3 layer and much more durable.
