Memorizing Scripture can be a daunting task, but it is an important goal for all Christians to pursue, simply because it helps us to grow closer to our Lord and Savior. It trains us to stay rooted in God's Word, to be reminded of God's promises, and to be comforted personally and encourage others. This is a new weekly video series where we will learn a verse (or verses) that I am challenging you to commit to memory. By learning these verses, meditating on them, and reciting them out loud, you will come to grow in your walk with Christ.

John 14:6-7, NASB
Jesus said to Him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me. If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; from now on you know Him, and have seen Him."
