Like those journeys it represents, the @walkwithamal path is not simple. Amal is not welcome everywhere, so she adapts and keeps moving. Though not everyone will understand it, her search for her mother, a return to school, and somewhere to call home continues.
Little Amal is the 3.5m tall puppet at the heart of The Walk, a travelling festival of art and hope from Good Chance. She will embark on a remarkable journey of over 8000km in support of refugees. At a time of unprecedented global change, The Walk is an extraordinary artistic response: a cultural odyssey transcending borders, politics and language to tell a new story of shared humanity.
