Do you think as an adult or in any age for that matter that it is possible to gain some significant size on the mandible by chewing hard gum maybe lots of it if you have receding and narrow mandible with a history of chewing very little and soft food? Assuming nutrition is on point and genetic potential is far from reached?.
Pls answer I'm very curious.

sir symphysis menti is a secondary cartilagenous joint... Acconding to B.D chaurasia(general anatomy hand book) page 64.
